Shipping

Most Sleeve Holders are cut to order and are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Our production lead times vary, but are currently averaging 4-5 days. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which is usually 2-3 day delivery. Sleeve Holders are shipped in a flat cardboard sleeve.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen/undeliverable packages. USPS insurance is included on single product purchases. To file an insurance claim, visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be repaid before the package will be sent again.

If your package has not arrived within two weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (this is different from your order confirmation), please contact us at service@sleeveholders.com and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the USPS.

Replacements

As with any shipment, damage can occur in transit. If your Sleeve Holder arrives damaged, please email service@sleeveholders.com and include:

  • pictures of the damage
  • your order number

Our customer service team will assess the damage and replace the order based on the photos and description. The Sleeve Holder is manufactured from engineered wood that has natural and manufactured variation. These variations add to the uniqueness of each holder. It is our practice to inspect each Sleeve Holder that we ship for damage or unsightly flaws. Defects on the back side that do not compromise function or the appearance on the wall are not refundable.

Refunds

SleeveHolders.com aims for 100% satisfaction. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items sold. If within 30 days of receiving an undamaged item you do not absolutely love it, please…

  • Contact customer service at returns@sleeveholders.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  • Repackage all products in unused condition in original packaging.
  • Send it via USPS, UPS or FedEx and email the tracking number to returns@sleeveholders.com. Send the package to:

Once we receive your merchandise, we will start the refund process. If the merchandise arrives to us damaged, we will inform you immediately so you can initiate a claim with the carrier. All merchandise we receive must be unused, in the original packaging with no outside box markings other than a shipping label. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all undamaged returns. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Items with FREE SHIPPING will be refunded less our actual shipping charges to you.
