About Us
The Story
I enjoy beer, whether in bottles, cans, or pints. Cold beer, from a Keystone or Natty Light to a pint of Point Pistachio Nut Brown Ale or Miller Lite to a bottle of the newly released Drewry’s Lager craft brewed here in Wisconsin. I like beer, whether it’s a 16 oz., 12 oz., or a shorty, slide me a Busch Latte or High Life tallboy and I’ll be happy! I am also that person who is always prepared with that handy beverage wrap. Two or three of them at times, ready to put in action to PROTECT my beverage contents. Being the giving type, I even loan beverage wraps to friends who might have arrived unprepared.
Oddly, over the last few years, a natural occurrence began to unfold. As I’d go to events with friends, to new pubs, birthday parties – IT began. All of a sudden, they were all over the place! Stuffed in drawers, sitting on shelves in the garage, laying out on my workbench, just waiting to be selected for the next evening out! Querying my friends, in many situations, they too had this same issue!
I am talking about beverage sleeves, wraps, koozies for cans and bottles! Many of them – all over the house!
The Idea
As my collection organically swelled, I also noticed a problem. There was disarray and lack of order, making it difficult to find and select a sleeve as I ran out the door. Then it hit me, why isn’t there an easy way to organize and display these important tools?
The Process & Product
Fast forward a year and after many trials and tests with friends, I developed a few concepts of a product that easily organizes beverage sleeves. With prototypes in hand and as luck would have it, I landed in a meeting with the same fine folks at Jonco! What better partner to assist with the final design and manufacturing – a company already making a cool beer related product!
